Toulouse Blagnac Airport Arrivals (TLS)

Passengers arriving at Toulouse will find a modern terminal complete with all the necessary facilities they may be required. The airport has one terminal building with two levels. The upper level is dedicated to departures, while the lower level is for arrivals. The terminal building is separated into Hall A, Hall B and Hall C.

If you have some time before your connecting flight, the airport offers many venues to keep you entertained. Bars in the Arrivals area include Café Bacquié and Paul. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a meal at Tast’N’Fly or at the L’Horizon Café on the 2nd floor. There are many shops located in the departures area which offer duty free purchases. Passengers who are traveling on an aircraft that belongs to an EU carrier or who are in an EU airport are allowed to include any quantities of liquids/gels, that is bought from these stores, in their carry-on luggage. The shop assistant will secure your purchases in a sealed bag. A form will be completed for security control that will state the name of the shop, a list of the items purchased, your flight number, destination and your name.

The airline carriers do everything possible to ensure that your luggage arrives safely at Toulouse Airport. Although, unfortunate instances do occur when luggage goes missing. In such a case, you will need to report the missing items at the appropriate luggage department. The airline must be contacted so that they can search for it. The luggage departments at the airport are Air France, Aviapartner, Map Handling and SAT. Each different airline carrier belongs to one of these departments. Damaged luggage should also be reported.

A disabled/reduced mobility passenger flying to Toulouse can arrange for special assistance on his/her arrival. The airline carrier should be informed of the assistance required at least 48 hours before take-off, or at the time of flight booking. The airline staff will then ensure that there is someone ready to assist you. The reception point is found on the Arrivals level, near to the information desk in Hall C. Toulouse Airport is fully accessible to persons in wheelchairs.

In addition to the banking, currency exchange and post office services, Toulouse Airport offers a Business Centre that has offices and meeting rooms equipped with telephones, internet connections, overhead projectors and air-conditioning. Extra equipment can be hired if needed, and there are fax and photocopying services.

Passengers arriving at Toulouse will find adequate transportation options for traveling to any destination. There are plenty of bus routes that run every day to the Toulouse Bus Station, Matabiau Railway Station, Andorra and any other town requested. There is a taxi rank just outside the Arrivals area, or you could rent a vehicle from one of the car hire companies. Some hotels offer a free shuttle bus service for your convenience.

Some of the hotels that are situated nearby the airport are the GEO, the Sofitel Toulouse Aeroport, the Ibis Toulouse Blagnac Aeroport, the Hotel Palladia, the Holiday Inn Toulouse Centre and the Crowne Plaza Toulouse.
