Dijon Railway Station

Dijon's train station can be found on the outskirts of the city's core to the west. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station to the city's heart. Buses and trams from the station's front yard do not cross the pedestrian street in the city center, therefore walking may be the best or only alternative.

You can take the tram from the station's front lawn to the pedestrian-only Avenue MaréchalFoch. Place Darcy, near the western end of Rue de la Liberté, Dijon's main street, may be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes. You can get off the tram in Darcy and walk 5-10 minutes to Dijon.

Place de la Libération is located east of Rue delaLiberté and is where you'll find the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Dijon. The free "City" shuttle runs every 10 minutes from Monday to Saturday along this stretch of Rue de la Liberté's eastern terminus.

But it terminates at 'Gare' rather than Dijon Station's forecourt. The station is a three- to five-minute walk from Boulevard de Sévignés.
