Marseille Airport Arrivals (MRS)

Marseille Airport handles international and domestic flight arrivals from the halls in the terminal building. International arrivals are dedicated to Hall 1 on the ground floor and domestic flight arrivals are handled by Halls 3 and 4 from the ground floor. The departure areas are located on the upper floors. The newer MP2 Terminal has been specially built for low cost or budget airline arrival and departure flights.

The airport is served by many airlines that fly in from various destinations. Some of the airlines include Air France, British Airways, Air Malta, easyJet, Lufthansa, Brussels Airlines, KLM Dutch Airlines, Alitalia, Iberia and Israel Airlines.

The airport has all the shopping, dining and banking facilities that you may require. Credit Mutuel Bank offers an automatic bank machine and there are other ATMs located throughout the airport. Foreign currency can be bought and sold at the Change Marseille Provence Exchange Bureau. Other facilities include first and services in Hall 4 on the ground floor, and information desks in the domestic and international arrival Halls.

Marseille Airport has an exceptional business center (Centre d’Affaires) that is located in Hall 4. There are a variety of offices and meeting rooms to suit any business occasion. The meeting rooms include the Sormiou and Port-Cros for 1-7 people, the Port Miou and Mistral for 8-12 people, the Sugiton for 9-15 people, the Port Pin for 21-30 people and the Giono for 25 people. Stylish, up market and comfortable V.I.P Salons offer the Le Camargue for 8 people, the Le Van Gogh for 15-20 people and the Le Panomique for up to 250 people. Prices for the rooms vary depending on the length of time required. Equipment such as overhead projectors and screens, sound systems, VCRs and televisions can be hired.

Luggage trolleys can be found inside the MP1 terminal and outside at the MP2 terminal. No trolleys are allowed in the MP2 terminal. You will need a 1Euro or 1 pound coin to release one of the baggage trolleys.

Marseille Airport has a range of hotels located nearby. A hotel room can be booked at the airport on your arrival. Free shuttle buses are available to all of these hotels. The hotels are Novotel, the Best Western, the Ibis Hotel, Etap and the Pallman, which was formerly known as Sofitel.

At the airport there are many buses that travel to various destinations and train stations. The nearest train stations are the Marseille Provence Airport Station and the Marseille Saint-Charles railway station. Buses travel to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Salon-de-Provence, Digne, Le Luc and Vitrolles. Taxis are ready and waiting at the taxi rank and there are car hire desks in the arrival area of Hall 4.
